WORLD POKER SHOWDOWN going on during PCA
 

I May be playing in the WPS in the bahmas during the PCA. It's a great back up plan incase I bust out of the PCA. They have a heavy roster of tourney's going on from 1/7-1/19 with the $2500 buy in Main Event starting on 1/12. Does anyone know the type of structure these tourney's have ? are any 2+2ers planning on playing ? Holla at ya boy....

Yea Warren Karp is running it, he has mentioned something about this during the WSOP ME

Can you find out what the structure will be Jurollo ? Oh and how do I put some animation under my name and change it from newbie ?

I post in every WPS thread that it sucks. Fields are super small and it is just boring.

Warren Karp is a sweet dude, though.

Do you think the feilds might be bigger because of the extra 1200+ people in town for the PCA ?

I played in one on a cruise earlier this year. The fields were no bigger then like 60 players per tourney w/ the ME getting about 40 (tho u prob wouldnt expect big fields on a cruise ship). FWIW, the structure was excellent and the players were pretty bad, sans Paul Wolfe, Annette, and this group of 3-4 Sweedes (who played like the stereotypical Sweedish player). We got something like 7k in chips w/ 60 min levels and slow increments. We ended up chopping it (I think I got 10k; Paul Wolfe who had a big chip lead got like 20k) b/c it was the last day of the cruise and we had better things to do.

Just find an animated gif and upload it for your avatar (My Home -> Main configuration -> Edit personal information...). As long as you are a newbie, you have to live with it. No, seriously, the text changes as your post count reach certain levels. Some regulars have customized titles, but you have to do something extraordinary good, bad, stupid etc to get one...
