[/ QUOTE ] Oh, right. There is another way. If you add up, or keep track, of your total points, from the ironman page you can estimate your RB. I assume you play 6 max NLHE. 100 pts = $100 in total table rake, you were dealt hands in. $100/6 (players) = $16.67 M.G.R. $16.67 x 27% = ~$4.50 in RB per 100 pts. (~$3/100pts at FR) This should also estimate/account for the points from SNG/MTT entries (but less accurately). |

The UBERNIT in action, trying out the gelfordish way of playing 25NL running 12/12/4 playing about 20 tables at a time. Funny how often you get called down with AK on a K high board by midpairs or K5o. Didn't know the players at these stakes were THAT bad.

Gz on running hot, hope you enjoy the downswing
Woohoo, finally had a solid winning session, +4buyin in 1000 hands. Quick question though from a hand i stacked someone on. You have 77 MP and raise 4xbb. Button, who is 12/9 nit, then raises to 12xBB, you haven't seen him 3bet at all in over 100 hands. Can we assume he has a big hand, AA/KK/QQ/AK and is it worth calling, know if we hit our set, there is a very high chance we will be stacking him. |
Re: ***uNL Microbrew Thread*** NOV 2007 (ot)
whats his stack
because hes a nit, he wont stack off with QQ+,AK on any flop. like you can hit A72 which will only stack off one hand you beat, AK |
Re: ***uNL Microbrew Thread*** NOV 2007 (ot)
Jeezes, variance can be bad. First half hour of session, I was up 5bi. Finished session break even AGAIN. 2 huge suckouts for 200BB. AA < KK and AA < K7s. So gross! Off to bed now. Hope this [censored] will turn tomorrow.

Re: ***uNL Microbrew Thread*** NOV 2007 (ot)
He is 100bb i am 250bb. He stacked off with KK on i think a 6710 board. I check it to him, he bets 3/4 pot, i call. I bet 1/2 pot on turn, he pushes i call. Solid?

|
Re: ***uNL Microbrew Thread*** NOV 2007 (ot)
preflop and flop are pretty standard versus this guy it is the turn that is the mistake. I would imagine that if you go through all of your hands every thousand hands you will find you donk off a buyin or more throughout the entire thousand hands. in fact if all of my mistakes add up to a buyin on just my losing hands I am happy
Edit: that 16.xx cost about 2.75 PTBB in the 1008 hands I played today. EditII: His range is AA-QQ,AK but he is folding KK,QQ on flop. so against that range with him folding KK,QQ on flop I am good 9% but he is folding 50% of the time so even a PSB on flop is good. holdem ranger is the bomb. |

It's .50 6 max. I play pretty loose...I've had this conversation with kizza_om before, actually. i moved away from stars recently...but yeah. this is pretty much the way i play. normally it's closer to 22/15 or 22/16, but 'tis the way i've been playing on my new site.
