you dont.

Hold Alt+Prt Scrn on the PT window.
Paste this into MSPaint.
Select the box to crop your image (rectangle made up of dashes)
Select the part of the image you want to show
Edit > Cut
File > New (Don't save)
Edit > Paste
Resize the image using the blue dots which are in the middle of each side, leave no white.
Save as. Host image. Post image

Wow, thats quite a process.

You should checkout SnagIt.

I just hit print screen, and can drag a window around what I want. Or capture the whole window, then resize it in the Capture Window. I can also instantly annotate, and edit any screen capture. Its pretty sweet, and free I think.

Every time I take a day off from poker I see 12 posts about how soft the games are that day.
