Rebuy Mtt\'s Bankroll Requirements
 

I've seen a ton of info about bankroll requirements for various types of games, but never rebuy mtt's. I've largely ignored them until recently & would like to start including them in my regular games played, but unsure what is a sufficent bankroll to play the $3 or $5 rebuy mtt's on a regular basis?

Assume 4 x buy in for bankroll management.

Example: $3 buy in rebuy tournament, should be considered buying into a $12 tournament for bankroll management purposes.

tell where this 4x the buy-in comes from 4 rr?

There's no specific rule stating that you need exactly four times the buy in for bankroll management. Obviously if you're playing hyper aggressive, pushing once per orbit you're going to need more than just 3 rebuys. It's a matter of personal preference, and willingness to gamble. 4x the buy in is just a general starting point for most.

If you're paying more/less than 4x the buy in take that into account when figuring your bankroll management plan.
