we are already ITM in this. i have a top 5 stack. villian has been somewhat active, but not enough to raise any flags.
i had been playing fairly tight, about 15/11. villian was about 22/15. what do i do here?

Lets look @ the pot-size first:
~10k pf + 34 200 = 44 200, you need 11.7k, so you are getting 4:1 straight odds (which is enough to call this street). There are also another 40k in implied odds. It appears that he has at least 2pr here (but could be bluff). Also, if you call, canplay may overcall as well giving you even better odds.

If you call and he doesnt. I'm jamming Q/J turn and c/r ai K/8.
If canplay calls, then its c/f unless K/Q/J/8. I am still probably c/f Q/J if this guy is firing agains into 2 ppl
