Is this ok, or am i giving up way to much value here. should i just raise that sheitt?

I might just call here, and pound the villain's sorry *ss on fifth if she catches a brick.

The villain is betting because (assuming your holecards are random) you would almost always be in a must-fold situation. This time you aren't, so exploit the opportunity that was just handed to you.

I think the villain has 2 pair or a set significantly more than 10% of the time.

I am fine with the fold, the hand will become to hard to play from this point forward.

I think this is a call. You're ahead of most of his hands--for now. This can be hard to play from here on, however, and if you're not comfortable playing hands like this heads-up, you might avoid shorthanded stud/8 games.
