Does FT get mad at you sending or receiving big transfers?

I know people have had problems with FTP locking their accounts. Is this because they were sending large amounts of money or receiving large amounts of money or both? Have these issues since been resolved or are people still having problems?

I think FTP takes extra measures to ensure security whenever they detect suspicious activity. So it could be anything, really. Mine got locked for trading with a person who was SUSPECTED of trading with a scammer. But we cooperated and checked out.

Transfers activate doomswitches. Everyone knows that.

By far FTP is the most cautious of the major sites when it comes to transferring, but usually thats a good thing. I don't know if you want to call it 'getting mad' at you, but they definitely will check it out and/or dig a bit more than usual.

The most cautious? Is this a huge joke? I have transfered 10k without as much as a single confirmation on FTP and transferring like 5k+ on Stars doesn't move an inch till I get an email AND a phone call.

I like how they're the most cautious, but they don't even have a confirm screen after clicking OK on the transfer page. Kind of roundabout isn't it?

Meh, I meant more or less that they check out who you're transferring with and such moreso than other sites (maybe not as much as Stars)

I know what you mean, I'm just saying, they go through all these big money transfers, but they don't care enough to add a confirmation button.

was stars always this way? before neteller went to [censored] my brother transfered me 10k+ a few times and we never got a call from stars. Maybe it was since we had the same last name but they never asked [censored]. I also had a lot of money transfered to me from canadians with the hole neteller fiasco and they never asked me anything.

Again, a huge joke? Even Absolute, who has admitted cheating took place in the games that I played, has made me confirm the transfer amount, AND, had to email/speak with security department for transfers over $2,500 per week.
