Balance Transfer Cards

I am a student and have been a decent amount in credit card debt... $4000 ish... I have been trying to pay this down for a while and my introductory rate has just expired and was looking for a new card to move the balance to in order to save money..

Does anyone have any suggestions for cards with a max transfer fee and decent intro apr so I can saved some money?
I am hoping to get it paid off in < a year as I am graduating in 2/3 months and can then work full time

edit: the main problem I am having is finding one with a maximum balance transfer fee..

I would try and get a personel loan through a bank first. They usually have pretty good interest rates and good monthly payments. I consolidated a lot of my loans with one of those.

Honestly I like paying 0% interest but I have been running this through my mind as it would be easier...

How would a locked credit card affect my search?

SOMEONE not going to say names charged me twice monthly for 6 months of something that I never bought and I filed a dispute....
