NL25 AQ - standard bet from Hero in button faces big raise from BB

Villain is TAGish over a small sample. History is that I have stolen the blinds from the button around 3 of the last 4 rotations. I suspect he is making a move, raising light. Your thoughts? Is AQ too light a holding for my aggro 3bet?

I feel you're a little too deep to be doing this. With maybe 100BB it may be a fair move, but a significant amount more than that and AQos has me worried.

His 3-bet to $5 does seem larger than it should be, which may suggest that he's picked his spot to play back at you with something less than premium. But even if he's got AK, something a TAG wouldn't normally put all his chips in with, he views you as loose. You've raised the button 3 out of the last 4 orbits and he isn't putting you on a monster every time.

So yes, it is too light. You never get called by worse and AQo doesn't fair well against his 3-betting range to begin with. You are a 3:1 dog against most of his calling range and you don't have much fold equity with the 4-bet given you are perceived as loose.
