Im really not worried about if im beat here, just how I can extract the most money

I really don't know what kind of hand he can raise here other than the A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] or a bluff, and if has the A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], I don't see how he can fold

well said. A lot of the hands he has here, he just wont be able to fold, so I dont think a big raise gets called any less often. all-in is the best play here.

Push. A raise to 230-250 or a shove folds out nearly the same range of hands IMO.
