my first reaction was that it sucked but i actually kind of like it. this sounds like a guy who will bet air a fair amount and if he's aware of his image at all it makes you're going for a c/r plausible. i think he's going to call with air sometimes to get the split, but he never has a flush and rarely has a T, so it's worth a shot.

well, i think its a bit better than calling, but folding is probably best, as 9T, TT, 7T can all be a big portion of his range here.
