$2.25 FTP - TT at 50/100 with 2k, small stack shoves and flat called

Posting for a friend. Is a raise preflop standard? And as played, do you shove?
Thanks

Hero (BTN): 1,980
SB: 645
BB: 2,560
UTG: 3,975

Pre-Flop: (150) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
UTG folds, MP calls 100, CO folds, Hero calls 100, SB raises to 645 and is All-In, BB folds, MP calls 545, Hero??

I would make it 400 to go preflop after the limper. As played, I definitely shove over. Hero still has FE here and if not, MP probably has something stupid like Ax sooted or QJo.

Limping isn't horrible, but I prefer raising as well, to 380ish or so.

Once MP calls, it's an easy shove. This is a 2.25, MP could have like the top 30% or even worse.

Im coming in raising here and make it 400. As for AI move by shortie(SB),this may push MP out with a raiser and AI out there, but then again this is a 2.25. I play these all the time and see some of the weirdest things.

If MP decides to come along anyway, let's make him pay 13 BB now with a shove, which is about 1/2 his stack to come along. Probably a coin flip at this point, but more than likely hero is ahead.

Another thing.... the limp could signal a hand villain would like to see a cheap flop, with, so I really like the AI here, villain has plenty of chips and would likely be raising higher PP here, unless villain is super tricky. He more than likely has a weak PP or qj,kj,etc....

Remember, a flat call to AI is a good sign of weakness, I would rather isolate SB with AI push myself to push you out.The flat call just seems weak to me.

Coinflip? We're crushing MP's range.

Take those dead chips.

as played it looks like an easy push as MP hasn't shown any strength by open-limping and flat-calling the raise/shove, a lot of the time he'll fold and a lot of the time he calls you'll be way ahead.

SB doesnt need to have too a big hand here and you're not too worried either with the dead money from MP.

i'd rather raise pre than limp behind but its ok I guess with 20BB effective and position

Raise it up to 400, shove over - so basically, exactly what everyone else said.
