He means "cash out" without the local IRS finding out. Obvious (easy traceable) answers as wire transfer have no interest.

Right now I'm having the same problem. In this country you need to handle the hassle with local IRS even if you move your own money.

Anyways C2P seems to be the best option so far. I'll sign up tomorrow.
