I fold preflop and I would now fold because I think someone has a set and the other one has at least 45xx

Call and check/call a blank turn. Lead for the pot if you hit your straight on the turn and check/fold to a board pair.

oh yeah you are right calling is much better than folding because we have pot odds but I think shoving is bad 2.
