Making Sense of PokerOffice HUD Statistics

I would appreciate some help setting up my Poker Office hud display stats.

Basically their seem to be some small differences between it and PokerTracker which i'm used to.

Basically I need to know what to use for WTSD %... there is something called "Showdowns %" and there is a "Showdowns session%"

Also there are "Showdowns when saw flop %" and "Showdowns when saw flop SESSION %"

There are similar stats for the Turn.

There is also "Showdowns Won %" and "Showdowns Won Session %"

What exactly is the difference between the regular one and the "Session" one? Does that just mean the current poker session you have? That makes sense...

So what should I use for WTSD?

Also can anything be used similar to PokerTrackers Fold Flop to Bet % and Fold Turn to Bet % ??

All I see is Fold River to Bet %

Hopefully this post isn't too confusing.

I don't have a lot of time right now but I'm sure someone can answer the questions I miss.

The difference between Showdowns% and Showdowns session% is that the Session% is from the session your playing right now and the other is stats from all the hands you've played with the opponent. I pretty much only use the regular, not the session ones that is.

Instead of using 'Fold Flop to Bet %' you can use 'Flop-Turn%' and 'Turn-River %'.

I'm not sure what you mean with "what should I use for WTSD".
