I'm not sure how others we will about this, but it's likely you have the best hand at the moment. you are also a little OOP in the big blind. I would def. put a raise in (in this situation) preflop.

Also, what reads do you have on villain? have you seen him play any?

The question I ask is what would he check into 4 people intending to call, and then bet when the flush comes? At 25nl, I feel this is something like two pair, a set, or the made flush. Without some reads about how he plays it is hard to assign percentages to how often he would have those types of hands.

Turn is a thin call. River I fold usually. I don't think a villian bets 3 streets on that board with less than a pair.

This is a spot where aggression frequency really matters.
