$16s - 15/30, AKo shoving over limpers and a weak raise

I hate only calling since everyone else in the hand will follow, and a reraise sucks for c-betting so is this fine? I think the pot was 225.

Do people donk off with random aces in the 16's?

Quite often.

Meh. I call, people often donk off with random pairs too. You're good enough to play this postflop.

it cant be a huge mistake to pull a move like this occasionally but generally I would call and take a flop here.

Right; late enough in the game, maybe, but not at the 10/20 level. A 4xBB raise is definitely called for here, but be prepared to fold if you miss the flop and there's a lot of action post-flop. If someone re-raises you preflop, call them until you are pot-commited (35% in this case 500 chips). But I doubt anyone will do that. Going all-in is not and, really, is never a good move pre-flop in the early blind rounds of a Sit and Go. Hope this helps. Take care.

I actually think this is really bad. I think ActionJeff said in one of his CardRunners videos that a lot of the better players would just check AK in an unraised pot in the BB, and I'd be okay with just calling and c/r the flop if you hit. Why turn your hand into a bluff this early and with so many BBs?

reraise to 250 is wrong here?

yeah, i think so. Its really early, I really don't want to risk many chips to something like a flip at this point. When the blinds get higher its standard, but here I like a call and a flop evaluation.

Terrible move, you get called by pocketpairs and maybe AK. No idea to put your entire sng at stake here. Just call pf and fold a missed flop.
