100NL KK vs over-aggressive LAG - How to extract value?

Villain appears to be a huge LAG although I've only seen him play for a few orbits
33/17/3 over 24 hands

When he c/r me on the flop I really think the flush is a very small possibilty. However when I see the I'm praying he has it.

What is the best overall line here? Re-pumping the flop? Is it bad play to smooth call?

Bet 15-20$ on the turn. Villian will likely call or raise, and you build the pot, so you will have an easier time stacking him on the river. Also if you bet the turn, it will help add weight to your c-bets in the future if he folds.

Preflop - You did fine good raise.

Flop- I would just call him like he did and let him bet the next round.

Turn- He checked here so I would bet about 3/4 of the pot size. I dont like the check here.

River: Nice raise.

Raise flop, raise turn. Your turn check is revolting for several reasons.

edited for correctness, and I totally agree. What was your logic behind checking the turn? Im not being insulting in any way im just creativly discussing the situation.

I'm OK with the flop. As you've said the turn is bad though.
