Meh... I think in theory you should bet/fold turn, although I prob never would, since he's pretty short. As played, I think river is a fold, although I never would.

b/f turn mhhh how much to bet here? fold river he can have a brusted JKT or something. bad players peal with hands like this. maybe he also has a worse Q. for less than half pot bet i do not need to be good often.
