Well last night I had some friends in and he wanted to see me play a little poker. I wasnt too hyped because I have been running/playing bad. I fired up 6 tables and in like 20 hands made 1.5 bi. It was nice to have a winning session for the first time in a week.

Well I wont lie I have been in a negative mindstate for the betterpat this week. Its hard not to after a 14 BI downswing. I need to find a better way to get out of it. Usually I can just stop and relax for like 10-15 minutes do some light meditation and then I will be in a better mood, but that hasnt been working.

[censored] me. just missed my flight on one of the most busy travel days in the year. i opened my emailed itinerary last night to check wut time my flight left and checked my itinerary for the christmas return thus missed my 6am flight cuz i thought i left at 2. gg me. -200 some dollars. lol. im such a donk

Guys. How normal is it to be possessed by the FPS when moving up in limits? As said earlier, I moved up today to nl25 and well... I have certainly made moves I havent before and they of course havent worked. Also, I feel like everyone is floating vs me etc.

Got a grip of this at the end of the session to finish breakeven tho. But just wondering if this is normal when moving up?

Yeah, it happens to a lot of people. They move up and think that everyone at the next level is 10x as good and are making super-sick plays all the time. They're not and they're not.

I don't use PAHUD any more but when I did I used this set of rules:

a 20/18 tag is different than a 12/10 tag or a 20/10 tag, but those icons dont show you the difference
