The toughest part here is an unknown at the 6.50s. Some actually get it and would be shoving pretty wide here, others definately don't and would be trying to fold into the money.

With no other reads I guess I'd go with the default read of shoving much tighter than he should, and call with 66+, AT+ or KQs. As far as straying from ICM, I wouldn't. You can drop your min edge down if you want but I wouldn't make a -EV play here against a tight raiser.
