he probably holds AQ, KQ or a set

edit: oh wow, there is not 1500 starting chips..
then bet 500 and see what happpened, with intention to check\call river

It's the same thing as 10-20 blinds, 1500 chips.

The guy minraised preflop, I start by 3-betting a little bigger preflop.
