Uh, I only got half way through my reload bonus...
 
Has anyone done this before, as in, do a reload bonus, and only get 1/2 way through it before time is up? Does anyone know if they will give me 1/2 of the money if I email support, or is this a lost cause?

Dear HP (Hollywood Poker) support,

Recently, I had the opportunity to sign up for a
reload bonus, the 100%
up to $100. Due to an emergency in the family, I
was not able to make
enough points to clear the bonus, about 700 of the
1200 needed. I was
wondering if it was possible, since i cleared over
1/2 the points, if it
would be possible to receive 1/2 the bonus, or $50.
I have been a long
time player on this site, and I think I deserve it.
If this is not
possible, I understand, but I will not return to
your poker site.

depends on the site. Party skins usually have about a 24 hour grace period from the expiration date. but once it's formally yanked, I doubt there's any recourse.

January 2006.

Just write in to us again after that and we'll
manually credit that amount into your account.

Just curious:
Did you really have a family emergency and were you really planning not to return to the site if they didn't pay? Or was that just a clever "email bluff"?

1. I hate my family. If there was an emergency, I would probably hang up.

2. I'm not depositing another dime into that site. I'm taking that $50 and running.

Why shouldn't I have posted it? Is James Woods going to see this and take it away from me? Or maybe one of the other C list "celebs" that play there will. They probably need the $50 more than I do...
