I'd say he has a flush and is value betting more often than not. If he's loose he probably won't fold a weak flush... but I'm not sure.

it's OK, most of the time he has nothing or a hand he will fold to a raise. You can't credibly represent the nuts, but he probably isn't thinking on that level.
