i don 't know turn could come A,K,T and we' d be folding. Makes me question the preflop call against an unknown.

So I should be folding this PF?

Re: JJ in a 3 bet pot

folding pf really depends on villain's re-raising range pf.

if they're re-raising reasonably tightly (and i've got no reason to doubt this) villain's range is likely to be in the vicinity of 99+, AK, AQ, maybe some others, etc.

if you're going to call PF, and not bet the flop, you're giving up a chunk of equity to AK - which benefits massively from seeing all 5 cards, but is hurt massively when it only gets to see the flop.

in addition, you leave yourself very open to being bluffed off the best hand when villain has 99-TT.

i'd bet the flop, but shut down afterwards. otherwise, why are you playing that hand PF? you're certainly not playing for set value...

hahahahahahahhahahaahahahah. no seriously, I think betting the flop makes this hand a bit easier to get away from. as played, if the turn bricks, i likely call.

That's a strange flop check by villain. Got to put him on AK or a Q set after that, with AK more likely obv. I would have put out 1/2 pot on the flop.

Turn card is so bad you have to fold.

If he bets 3/4 the pot on the flop are you folding?

Re: JJ in a 3 bet pot

id bet that flop. def fold the turn. if the turn was a blank , as played id call and fold to a river bet.
