Just call the turn. This looks like a strong hand (2 pair or set) protecting against a flush draw, and I don't think he's folding this turn if you raise, so just call.

You will hate a 3bet so much on turn, just call and see a river. Alot good cards.

Just check it down. A bet on this river just reeks of missed draw/desperation bluff. Check it down and move on.
