Mansion Cashout?
 

The only way I can get my money out of Mansion is to withdrawal to NETeller which is supposedly not possible for USA account? Even if it was it might take a long time to EFT it out.

I would imagine neteller may go the route of firepay and give a grace period to withdraw out of sites, like firepay did. Maybe they will wait until this initial dust settles because of the chaos this has caused them.
