Warning from an ex employee of Futurebet/ Digital Gaming Network

I am a ex employee of Futurebet systems. You might already know about the withdrawal horror stories which dates back as far as 1998.

I'm posting to let you know that Futurebet is still active and disguised as other companies and also to warn you that they probably won't process your cashout unless you threaten legal action.

Futurebet operates out of the same office it has been at for years, which is 1500 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, B.C. Canada. Their phone number is 604-909-3300. It operates under the name GDI software Services/ Steel Head Games/ New Wave Marketing, JP Gateway (in Japan) under the "Digital Gaming Network" which bought out Dobrosoft. Confusing huh? Yeah it's meant to be. They have paperwork to go around all the legalities and to make it appear it's a separate company.

The following are just a few of the sites run by Futurebet but they have a few hundred:

oddsmaker.com
vegas24.com
riopartycasino.com
sportsbookusa.com
g2gpoker.com (still supported by Futurebet but made the wise decision to migrate to a different network. Soon should be fully migrated with their new network.)

Futurebet has no finances to pay you. They license their casino & poker software to anyone who is willing but don't have money to cover costs such as withdrawal. Ron Katz has money though and he is the owner/ceo who is pocketing all the finances.

Futurebet is a scam and the management should be sent to jail for many years for their involvement. Unfortunately, I can't take them to court because I signed a contract which prevents me to.

Please be aware of these guys and be cautious when making playing for real money on a site you are unfamiliar with. It could be Futurebet in disguise.

Takecare poker community and good luck.

If this is for real, thanks for coming forward (not that we didn't already know about this). It all sounds very believable to me.

I deposited $500 to spy casino about 10 months ago before I knew about futurebet's reputation. Didn't even win anything and they've been holding my money captive ever since.

Then more recently they pulled a nice little scam on the entire bonus whoring community with Empire casino where they sent reload offers to all their players, paid people for the first few days to spread good word of mouth and get more deposits, then they decided to stop paying. That was about 4 months ago I think.

I don't really expect to see any of that +$1200 back, sadly...

IANAL, but surely there has to be a way around this...

Many of us have known Futurebet owned DGN but they have always denied it. The OP is right, FB is a scam. Here is a list of most FB sites:

There are more. If the site you're playing at has live support that goes to Playersupport.com it is a FB and stay away.

It's intersting that a company based in a civilized country such as Canada can continue to operate and defraud players without attracting the attention of the law or the media.

FCP was a Futurebet skin when they were all part of OnGame. After OnGame left the US, FCP merged into PokerStars and obviously no longer has anything to do with Futurebet.

FCP moved to DGN for a while. FCP banked itself and is the only Futurebet licensee that I know of that was/is not banked by Futurebet. This is why FCP never had problems paying players. As mentioned FCP no longer exists as a poker room. The list of sites on that page at CM is almost a year old.
