what to c-bet in 3bet pots?
 

3bet with a big pairs from blinds get a caller and then the flop is full of overcards, flushdraws etc. This is a pretty common spot that I get into (and probably everyone else) and I have no idea how to play them. (all hands are 100nl)

I which hands do you c-bet, c/c, crai or just c/f

Hand 1: I bet/fold for $20

Hand 2: I sometimes c/f this flop, b/f for $20-ish aint bad either.

I cbet the first and shove alot turns if he just calls.

Check the third so you can value town 99-JJ on later streets, i also feel pretty good about folding to resistance on this board because we are rarely being bluffed
