As played you have to bet on the river, but then you're playing way to big pots with nothing than a bluff... Villain is the type of player that will call you here with a random club.
Personally I think that even your second barrel is spew, check behind and take a stab at the pot when he checks again on river.

sorry forgot to mention the note I got on him, he frequently calls cbets with bottom or middle pair

I dont really think it matters what you do here, check or bet are the same because its just a thin spot. If you like variance then shove, if you want to save some money just cf, but this is a breakeven spot in the long run, its just too close to say either way.

Personally I would just cf turn
