33% is the most you are going to get from anybody and it is paid automatically. There is no PT tracker and I'm almost positive they have not started individual trackers so there is no way to pay you more.

Find an affiliate that offers freerolls or MGR promos for extra perks.

no PT doesn't support cake.. but on the other hand, that's why maybe cake has more fish?

Cake is fixed at 33%
So you just need to focus on the Promo's like Freerolls etc
