Hero ?

can we bet out 2/3 pot and steal. we will fold out underpairs, aces(w/o k or q) and bluff connectors .+ev? a bet is not suspicious bc we are protecting against a draw.

I fold this preflop. 22 can only be played for set-value imo and you are too short.

I think the flop with a K and a Q is not very good for c-betting, as it is quite likely it has hit villain.

Re: would you lead here sometimes?

I fold preflop because Im not playing 22 in a heads-up pot for set value.

As played, I check/fold the flop.

I thought BB was 200 for some reason. So no, Im not folding this PF but am definitely check/folding the flop.

only when I'm tilting. It's too unknown a spot without some pretty good read of his min-raising range.

Re: would you lead here sometimes?

Call pf getting great pot and implied odds. In general, I check fold the flop. Even if I had a great read I check/fold and find a better spot to bet. I think too often with a nice stack like you have, I'm too aggressive in spots like this when there are better opportunities to pick up chips. I like protecting my stack vs maybe getting AQ or an underpair to fold. You were given great odds to flop a set, you didn't hit, just let this go.

If the flop was K9x or QQx I'd be more apt to lead out. With 2 big cards I don't like the flop. This type of situation, risking decent portions of a solid stack is something I'm going to start cutting out in ss mtts, especially if I'm at a table that lets me rob them blind.

Re: would you lead here sometimes?

I'd check, unless MP2 really sucks. I don't think many med PP's are in his range when he minraises from LP with 12 BBs.
That kinda says big hand unless SB and u have been playing super tight. AJ;AT might be in his range here if he minraises a lot, but i don't think you'd ever want to lead with a K here (only draw is JT) so i'd check.
