Has anyone ever played blackjack with this guy?
 

Tunica MS, Horseshoe or Grand. I swear this guy gets on my damn nerves so bad, just playing his voice in my head makes my stomach turn. Usually at a green chip table, but not always. OK, when he first sits down he'll say "I must be bad luck, every table I go to dealer gets hot and turns 20 or 21 on every single hand." I just shrug it off and think maybe the guy is just joking around. Then when the dealer does get hot, he will say "Im not trying to be negative or pessimistic, but I just feel a bad run of cards is coming for all of us" I'll be damned if the dealer isnt getting natual blackjacks and 20's every hand. So, this is what happened last night. All 4 of us at the table, included annoying guy, had 20's. The dealers up card was an 8, so were in pretty good shape right? Wrong, dude says "my luck the dealer will have a 3 under there and pull up a face" Dealer had a 3 of hearts under and pulled a damn King of spades. Everyone was so pissed at him, including me. I was playing $50 a hand he was playing $25. So then, he starts saying to the dealer when the dealer has a face card up "Anything but a face card under there" "anything but" "my lucks bad but it aint that bad" I swear every damn time he said the the dealer would have a damn face card. "Anything but, my lucks bad but it aint that bad" I swear when he says that the dealer pulls a face card for a 20. Then he started saying "anything but" for an 7 or an 8, and the dealer would get an 8 for a 21. Also, when he is losing he will say very loudly "DAMN" "DAMN!!" "DAMN!!!" and people just stop and stare at him. Sorry for venting, I was wondering if anyone knew this guy. He's so damn annoying it's just unreal. Sorry for ranting, later.

Him yelling all the time at the table = annoying.
You seemingly also blaming him for the crappy cards that are coming just because he called it or 'jinxed' it or whatever = Huh?

Plenty of blackjack tables in Tunica.
If there's a super-annoying player at my table I just switch tables. Most frequently happens for me if there are some INCREDIBLY slow players...or if someone is practically holding their cigar up in my face or something.


To the original question though: No, I don't think I have played with that guy.

Yea i shouldnt blame him for the bad cards bob. But tell the truth, he is just asking for people to blame him with all the crap he says lol. And yes I HATE SLOW players, they contenplate hitting a 12 against a dealers Ace....... lol

I don't know how much "gaming" experience you have. However, I can't recall the numerous times I have simply walked away from all sorts of gaming scenarios because of goofs. My theory is, the joints never close. Last time -- I walked away from a poker table after 5 minutes. I sat down, asked the dealer to square the table --- goof objected --- I (verbally) put goof in his place and quit the game. Next time I played, the game was ten times better than that table.

When I'm losing, I will usually play the loser -- e.g. when the dealer has a 6 up, and I double -- I'll say "She's probably got a 5 in the hole" ...

OTOH -- when I'm winning, I'll say "You can't beat me ..."

It's a part of the game if you want to keep playing an advantage game. What surprises me is that you think the table talk means anything.

That guy has a bunch of brothers and cousins and nephews and brother-in-laws. There is one stationed in every casino. They work in shifts 24/7.

No, I've never played blackjack with the loud-mouthed idiot who kept bitching about his luck. I usually play with the results-oriented idiot who always berates me for taking/not taking a card when he loses a hand, no matter how obviously correct my decision was, while simultaneously forgetting to praise me when my action "caused" him to win.
