25% body fat percentage, how low can i go?

Alright, so our official weigh in was today. I came in at 25% bodyy fat (5'10 176lbs), which was a little suprising, but considering the 6'3 280 pound dude is only 30% i think it gives me a good shot to win this thing. (prize pool is now 1400 as two more guys joined the cotest)

So whats your guys opinions, the re weigh in is on march 1st. What kind of transformation can be made? One problem for me is my lack of knowledge on how to "work out" I am dedicated to making a life change, and plan to make it a part of my schedual 7 days a week in some way or other.

Could I lose 50% of my body fat? get down to 13%? Whats your thoughts?

If you're serious about this, you can get to below 13% by your deadline. Health concerns not withstanding, you should be able to get to less than 10% body fat.

You may want to consider something along the lines of the velocity diet. This may not be necessary at first but as you get a lower BF%, it becomes harder to lose. As such, you may want to consider a diet similar to this within ~30 days of your final measuring.

this is definitely possible but will not be possible without serious dedication and a real lifestyle change

You would be amazed how much you could lose by not drinking alcohol and eating right...mixed with a little excersise.. You can get to 12-14% I bet
