100NL - QQ versus decent TAG on drawy flop

Carlos Poker 0.50/1.00, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

BB ($47.00)

Preflop: Hero is in the CO with Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
2 folds, Hero raises to 3.50, Button calls 3.50, SB calls 3.00, 1 fold.

SB checks, Hero bets 10.00, Button raises to 20.00, 1 fold, Hero ...

Villain is 20/16, flop AF 2.3 (datamined), looks decent. I haven't seen him minraise the flop before; I'm playing 24/21.

Do I raise him right here? Check/shove a blank turn? Problem with the last one is that there aren't that many nice turn cards...

i'd raise, minreraises are often crap, you've got overs and the backdoor draw.

Raise is the right thing to do here, you got the best hand most of the time.

Yes, I think I have the best hand now, but when I 3bet this flop he'll fold his weak hands and only call me with his strong hands.

call and c/r most turns (especially [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]'s)
if he's bluffing you get more value out of future bets, he will fold all hands you beat to a raise (why let him get away from A8/PP?)

Hmm, I had the [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] turns on my list of non-safe cards. If he's not raising this flop with a made hand but with something I currently beat, then I'd expect flush draws to be a decent part of his range.

call, don't shove. see what the turn brings and how he acts

I'm confused. If we call then whats our "plan" on the turn. We don't just call without a plan. Do we ch/rai safe cards, lead again, what?

If I called, I'd lead safe turns.
