Who here plays at Crown in melbourne?
 

Hi,

Anyone here (im sure there are some) that play regularly or semi regularly at crown? What limits?
I occasionaly talk about 2p2 at the tables, to see if anyone else is a 2p2er, and i barely ever get a knowing look.

And by talk i dont mean "give away what and where"...dont worry your secret is safe, just using it as a way to identify any other potential 2p2ers.

I play at Crown about 3-4 times a week, mostly grinding $1-$2 NL and sometimes hitting $2-$3 NL.

hey Dan,

Im very much the same. Mainly grind out the 1/2 occasionaly play some 2/3. Im there as much as i can be, but across work its sometimes hard.
Normally there 3-4 times a week, and normally later at night, after 11pm.

How does anyone make money playing 1/2 there after rake? I mean you can make money, but it's hardly worth the effort.

made 1k not a week ago at 1/2. Took a whole...4 hours. I wasnt running neccesarily hot, but ive come out with numbers of 500-800 on a good ranged sample. Equally ive lost 200-300 per session, but the winnnings are typically greater.

The terrible players more then make up for the rake.

But i ve been playing for about half a year there.
So maybe im on a lucky 6 months streak.
