It's half a buyin, he gets your stack if he has a set or whatsoever.

Absolutely have to re-raise preflop. Calling is unacceptable.

You need to re-raise pre-flop. You should go with this hand because I think his raising range is wider bc he only has half stack, and thus we should be ahead or flipping against his range
