You played it fine.

He's not bluffing here with a hand you beat, in my experience.

My best guess is he has a flush since his hand looks super transparent if he raises the turn with the flush so he decided to take one off, just call, and then get all his chips in the middle if the fourth heart doesn't come.

no he doesnt.

this river is a pretty standard fold and i would expect him to play a flush like this a ton, he can show up with worse hands here that he turns into bluffs, but i dont think you have anywhere near the history or reads to justify a call.
