What are these plants?
 

I moved into my house around Christmas, and now I have a bunch of plants sprouting out of the ground that I have no idea what they are. Here they are:

Ferns. Except for the last one..thats weed.

1 and 2 look like some type of fern.
3 is a hosta.
4 idunno. hard to tell.

I'm calling BS, last picture has a different hue then the first 3.

plus in the file name it says "plant4" whereas the others do not say plant1, plant2 etc.

These first 3 just busted out of the ground in the last couple weeks. Are they perennials or something? I thought ferns were around all year?

And yeah, 4 is weed, and it's not in my backyard.
