Criteria for judging an opponent\'s skill in HU matches (NLTRN)

This probably has not been discussed much here, but I am wondering what everybody looks at when deciding how good somebody is on a pure statistical standpoint.

To keep things simple, we can stick to anything Sharkscope can filter for.

What I mean by this, what are the most important categories of information that you need to make an accurate judgement on how good or bad a player is?

Also, if there is something important that Sharkscope does not cover please list that as well.

Some examples of what I am looking for in responses is "I feel average stake and ROI are the two most important things that factor into how good a player is when judging him statistically."

Also, let us assume that these stats are all filtered for HU (as you can do if you buy Sharkscope).

If you're not clear about what I'm asking, post and ask questions please.

Thanks.

Basically I don't give much credit for statistics with less than 100 matches. I check average stake and ROI. If opponent has very small average stake and very bad ROI then he is definitely a bad player. If the average stake is higher and he has negative ROI then I give him a little more credit because he could well be a winning player in lower stakes.
