NL50 - playing an overpair too aggressively on the flop?
 

Villain is 16/3/0.75. Should I have just called on the flop? It's hard to improve my hand on subsequent streets and therefore I want to win the hand immediately. Because of this, I consider just calling on the flop a bad play.
