the word 'retarded' has no meaning the way you are using it. if you're using it to include gay people, you are basically meaning it to say 'subhuman' or 'deformed'.

since 'retarded' has little meaning to me anymore except for an insult - i'd be more likely to say 'he has down's syndrome' rather than 'he was retarded' - no, i wouldn't call gay people retarded, nor would i have a reason to. a person's sexuality does not change my interactions with them.

They are "retarded" because their development path (in multiple ways) has been slowed or stopped altogether.

The term "retardation" generally refers, in this context, to mental handicap - for instance, those with Down's may never reach an educational or intellectual level beyond say six years old.

Clearly not, under any reasonable definition of "development" - it does not appear, under current evidence, that homosexuality is a "stopping point" on the way to normal development, and their sexual and reproductive well-being functions normally for their gender.

Being unable to reproduce because of the lack of a uterus is a piss-poor definition of "retarded" - unless, of course, every single male not currently engaged in regular intercourse is also "retarded."

It's a poor attempt to abuse definitions (thus, troll).
