Have never seen villain before and I have no stats on him. I feel like if I bet this flop I am committed because he is playing somewhat short.

He has shown weakness on flop and turn by checking.
Why not pop a bet in on the turn?

flop check is fine/standard. I bet like ~27 on the turn, river is w/e.

Flop check is fine but I would bet the turn ~ $25. As played I have no problem with a fold but I would probably call.
