QQ 3 way preflop 3 bet. low card flop. what is flop action?
 

Not sure what to do on the flop. it looks like push or fold to me but the small bet looks very suspicious and not sure what to do!

I'd almost always just shove without a read on that.

No idea what his small bet means. I only had datamined hands on him. I did push, he turned over AA and I rivered the queen!
