When does moneybookers credit get reset?

It says it gets reset every 90 day period. When does it get reset? I have used up all of my transaction limit.

Thanks,

edonk

I think it's rolling, i.e if you transferred $3K 89 days ago in one day you're limit will go up by $3K.

Have you upped your limits by sending them ID?

After sending the ID the limit can only be raised if Moneybookers automatically happens to review your account and adjust the limit.

I tried sending a message to them requesting a raise, but no reply.

Your outgoing transaction limit is the maximum amount of money you can send and withdraw through Moneybookers. Moneybookers may from time to time automatically review and adjust your outgoing transaction limit. You have completed all verification steps and cannot increase this limit on your own initiative.
