This theme is easy to recognize, there is always straight in the middle but the best way is to play it. Here is how I set these hands:

AKQ76 flush 6789T AAA (what a nice hand for Chinese high)

44422 89TJQ 777 (again higher trips on top, I hope you don't punish me with the %)

I think you mean A457T(flush) 89TJQ 333, as there are only three 3's in OP.

One can of course find cases where it is correct to play a flush in the middle, too, such as 2d2hKdKhKs 4s6s7s9sAs 8d8h8s (+1.5 vs. only +1.0 for 88KKK 24678 29A.) I found 187 such cases in 1M hands. 259 hands from the same set contained straights in the middle.
