This is the 4th hand of the tourney so no real reads here. How often is this a flush, how often is it something I can beat? If he does have the flush, I still have 2:1 odds of filling up, and I'm almost getting 2:1 to call, so there doesn't even have to be that big a chance that he doesn't have the flush, right? Or is this just wishful thinking?

Call this all-in 100% of the time. You will be against someone chasing a high-club, a worse set, or TP VERY often. Do not ever fold here.
