I think I would. You could say he might be on a draw etc but if you add in bigger kings, sets then his range is doing pretty well vs you. This is the kind of pot where you can get sucked in and lose a load of chips then wonder how on earth you got so far with the hand, dumping it now will make sure that doesn't happen.

Calling to re-evaluate turn is probably just slightly more +EV against against this laggy player. I would think he can check-raise any piece of the flop plus draws.

You have 200 hnads on him so check how often he check raises the flop. if it's super low to never fold. Also, obviously I don't know the table conditions but just because it is 4 handed doesn't mean you have to raise such junk as you found out even when you hit your k or even a 7 you have no clue where your at.
