NC: carpal tunnel
 
any of you multitablers got hand/wrist problems from having too many tables tiled? i play 20 tables tiled on a 31" monitor and i swear i'm really damaging my hand.

any suggestions?

Lately I've been damaging my hand by pounding my desk when I get sucked out on but I'm trying to stop.

i tried cascaded/ stacked, and i cant do it. sometimes i need to click the time bank, fold a few other places then come back to a particular table.. i gues i need to stop doing that

im moving the mouse all over a 2560x1600 screen.. = pretty brutal after a couple hours... isht even after one hour.

Try turning your mouse sensitivity up.
