2+2 bonus books trouble logging in
 

Has anyone else had trouble logging in to the bonus page to claim your book bonus.
The site refuses my password and no one has yet to get back to me from the site here. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

nope, but i did it earlier in the week.
Have you tried posting in the bonus program forum?

The delay in contact from the site seems to vary. some have posted about quick responses others have posted about longer response times. I had emailed them and received a response after 2-3 days about something that wasnt too important.

Have you got them to send you your password?

Yes I have had my email confirmed and log in with no problem to the forum. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img].
AM I missing a step perhaps about password besides my log in password????? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

I moved this thread to 2+2's bonus program forum. I'm sure an admin will answer soon.
